Grace Robinson, Model of the South 2008, who represented The Brock Agency, Hickory, NC, will emcee Models of the South 2011.
The Models of the South Competition:
FEMALE PARTICIPANTS:
Ages: 4 and up with one to three categories in every age division.
MALE PARTICIPANTS:
Ages: 4 and up with with one to three categories in every age division.
CATEGORIES include:
STUDENT, MODEL-IN-TRAINING and PROFESSIONAL
TALENT COMPETITION:
The talent segment will include singing and dancing and a two-minute monlogue (no alcohol or tobacco related monologues permitted).A male and female talent winner will be selected by the judges.
MODELING COMPETITION:
Runway competition permits the participants to walk two times down the runway. A 30-second television commercial of choice. Alcohol or drug commercials are not permitted. Photography Competition includes one head shot, one full length and one of choice for a total of three photographs. The overall winners must compete in RUNWAY, 30-SECOND TV COMMERCIALS and PHOTOGRAPHY.
MODEL & TALENT JUDGING:
All judges will be representatives of major model and talent agencies located in ocated in L.A./Hollywood, New York City, Atlanta, Nashville and Europe.

Plus, new this year, Jaffa Modeling Intnernation will award one female model a free photo shoot to be shot after the awards presentation. This award will be announced by Jaffa Odum, owner of JMI at the awards presentation, Monday, November 21, 2011.
